Ginger soy glazed salmon

Below is a ginger soy glazed salmon served with sautéed broccoli, shredded carrot, and brown rice. Accompanied with a few slices of fresh ginger and lemon.

I wanted share the ginger soy glaze recipe with you. This glaze works well with other proteins such as chicken, tuna, swordfish and vegetables.

Here is the recipe below:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tsp ground ginger or 1 tbsp fresh ground ginger
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Preparation

Simmer all ingredients together on low until thick about 5-8 minutes. Pour over proteins or vegetables.
