This meal plan is intended to offer you delicious, nutritious, seasonal and healthy food. If you are looking to reset your body and get back on track for the last 6 months of 2019, this is the plan for you.

Vegan dish for an event. Quinoa, pesto, roasted sunflower and rehydrated cranberries.
Cajun shrimp
Here we have a cajun shrimp served with a jambalaya arancini and a cilantro cream sauce.
Low fat creamy orzo
This is a low fat creamy orzo, roasted chicken, green beans and sweet plantains.
Panna Cotta
This is a matcha green tea panna cotta served with strawberries soaked in in basil simple syrup.
