Today I want to share with you a meal prep package.. For those looking for 2 meals a day for 7 days , I have created a plan for you! If you are interested in viewing the menu please message us via the contact us page and we will send it your way!

This meal plan is intended to offer you delicious, nutritious, seasonal and healthy food. If you are looking to reset your body and get back on track for the last 6 months of 2019, this is the plan for you.

quinoa
Vegan dish for an event. Quinoa, pesto, roasted sunflower and rehydrated cranberries.
Cajun shrimp
Here we have a cajun shrimp served with a jambalaya arancini and a cilantro cream sauce.
Low fat creamy orzo
This is a low fat creamy orzo, roasted chicken, green beans and sweet plantains.
Panna Cotta
This is a matcha green tea panna cotta served with strawberries soaked in in basil simple syrup.
